With a research-driven approach, Chinaza advises on regulatory risk, trade documentation systems, compliance architecture, and institutional engagement within the maritime ecosystem. He works at the intersection of policy, operations, and commercial strategy, helping businesses navigate complex environments with clarity and structure.

Ngozi Iwuchukwu, MBA.
Director (Strategy/Operations oversight).
Ngozi is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned business management professional with over 15 years of experience in financial governance, corporate strategy, and institutional oversight. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), bringing strong expertise in risk governance, compliance architecture, and enterprise control systems.
Ngozi provides strategic oversight across the company’s maritime, trade, and logistics operations. She plays a central role in shaping corporate duration, strengthening governance frameworks, and ensuring that business decisions align with regulatory standards, stakeholder expectations, and long-term growth objectives.
Her leadership focuses on enterprise risk management, board-level financial stewardship, internal control design, and institutional accountability within complex maritime and cross-border trade environments.
